Title: Theatre Nurse Wanted in Enfield
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures.
Assist the surgical team before, during, and after surgeries.
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control measures.
Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery.
Assist with patient positioning and safety.
Provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
Experience working as a Theatre Nurse.
Proficiency in surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
