Our private London based clients are looking for an experienced Mammographer to join their team of professional’s and want YOUR help!This is a full-time permanent role in which you will be required to fulfil 37.5 hours of work per week over 4 days. This position is offering a yearly salary of up to£54,000per year dependent on experience and skill set.
Requirements
· BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent).
· Postgraduate qualification in Mammography and high levels of technical knowledge.
· Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification.
· Work accurately and compassionately.
Responsibilities
· See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
· Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – including the Health Screening service, the breast clinic, and general Xray
· Have a broad knowledge and experience of interventional procedures in breast radiology
· Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities
· Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
· Supervise and develop junior colleagues
· Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
· Take an active role in the administrative side of the departments in and outflow of images
